D'Amico Catering's newest restaurant, Gather, located in the Walker Art Museum, invited renowned chef Alex Roberts to come in for one evening to offer its patrons a taste of a few of his favorite menu items. Alex is owner and executive chef of Restaurant Alma, Brasa Minneapolis, and Brasa St. Paul. He is also the winner of the 2010 James Beard Award for Best Chef/Midwest).
And I have to say, on the line, Alex might be the calmest chef I've ever seen. It's like he's meditating while cooking.
